AGREEMENT

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ALONG WITH EACH ACCEPTED SERVICE PLAN AGREEMENTS AND PRIVACY POLICY, STATE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AS THE USER OF SERVICE AND FRAMCOS TECH SUPPORT. YOU MUST AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED HEREIN IN ORDER TO AVAIL THE SERVICES OFFERED BY FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT.

DEFINITIONS

Specific terms defined herein are also used in the Privacy Policy of these Terms and Conditions.

“YOU” , refers to you individually as a person including any employer you are representing to.

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT

“FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT”  is an independent provider of a remote access and phone technical support. Any third party products and services , trademarks, and brand name used or mentioned while rendering our service are only referential , Frahmcos Tech Support disclaims any affiliation, endorsement and connections with any of these third party.

UNDERTAKING

Subject to the terms and conditions and the specifics of our Plans of Services, FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT will address your issues and queries by means of a commercially reasonable solutions and to its best efforts. We will attempt to resolve every issue and diagnose problems over the phone, emails and chat. We will try to give solutions to every concern using all our resources. PAYMENT

Services for every plan or packages will be available once payment for the specific plan has been made. FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT has no obligation whatsoever to render service under any plans if the required payment has not been made. FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT accepts payment through credit cards provided in this website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel any support service paid to FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT, you will need to contact our Billing Department for refund. You may contact our TOLL FREE NUMBER 1(888)-672-1107, in case of unavailability of our personnel on the phone, you may reach us through email at info@frahmcos.com or directly live chat with our specialists. Please find below the cancellation terms for our service.

Cancellation terms:

3 months bundle

cancellation period = within 30 days from the registration

cancellation fee = $20

Terms:

Customer should inform billing within 30 days

1 year bundle

cancellation period = 60 days from the registration period

cancellation fee = $30

* payment for period of service covered prior to cancellation shall also be deducted along with the cancellation fee

One time fix and incident based plans

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT offers MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for unresolved issues. “Unresolved” issues are customer’s concern or computer/mobile problems that our tech specialists failed to resolve within 5 days period. Customer should give FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT specialist five days to resolve the issue that had been called for and will agree for specific call back. If we cannot resolve the issue, then you will receive the appropriate refund from our billing department. You should also have the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and it was not solved by FRAHMCOS TECH SPECIALIST.

If the subscription included any software, the price of the software installed will NOT be included in the refund incase of cancellation of the service.

GENERAL LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

Other usage of materials, Software and Services beyond what is explicitly permitted by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT is strictly prohibited. All rights to duplicate or copy, modify, transmit ,  use , sale are reserved only to FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT and its partners , suppliers. Any form of reverse engineering of software owned by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT is prohibited.

RESPONSIBILITY OF USER

Upon obtaining Services , you agree to:

  • Cooperate fully with FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT Specialist: We will exert and use efforts commercially reasonable to provide you with best support. Based on experience, we have proven that most issues can be corrected for as long as there is a close cooperation between the specialist and you throughout the process. You may carefully listen to the Specialist’s instructions. You may confirm with the following conditions:
  • The situation that causes the concern or question is reproducible on a single system, example, one CPU (CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT) with its station and other peripherals.
  • You must be knowledgeable with the hardware system, software involved and necessary facts and information surrounding the incident.
  • You have unlimited access to the full system, which includes hardware and software and this access is available to you during phone solutions and remote support with FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
  • DATA BACKUP AND SOFTWARE: You fully understand and agree that FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT shall NOT be in any circumstances liable or responsible for any loss or corrupted data and software. We strongly recommend at all times that you use or maintain a complete and efficient data backup and disaster recovery plan.
  • Account, Password and Security: You agree that you immediately send notice to FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT for any form of breach of security and unauthorized use of your computer. FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT shall not be liable for any loss of data and damages you may possibly incur due to unauthorized use of your computer by someone else with or without your knowledge. However, you can be held liable for any losses incurred by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT due to someone else use of your computer under our support.

AVAILABILITY OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES UNDER FORTUITOUS EVENTS OR FORCE MAJUERE

You hereby acknowledge that you release FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT from any and all liability and agree that FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT shall not be liable to you and any third party from direct or any indirect damages arising from the significant delay of FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT’s ability to schedule a support session arising from circumstances outside FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT’s will or reasonable control. These circumstances may include: acts of GOD, large scale outbreak of a new computer virus, acts of terrorism, wars, fires, floods, acts of third parties, sabotage, or the like. FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT may restrict the use of the service and limit its available time to perform maintenance without any notice and liabilities whatsoever.

LIMITATION OF SERVICES

“Services” shall not include the following:

  • Any item or issues not covered by the terms or scope of support of the Plan or Package
  • Service beyond the duration limitation specified in your package
  • Issue diagnosis and support that may not be performed or completed because of a problem with your computer or other device, or their configuration that is beyond our control or scope of support;
  • Any software, including the operating system and software added to the registered hardware products which are beyond the scope of support  for the Service Package;
  • Issues and problems resulting from:

5.1 Causes such as accident, abusive use, misuse and problems related to electrical power;

5.2 Usage of the device that does not conform with the instructions given by the manufacturer

5.3 Failure to follow instructions by manufacturer and failure to do damage preventive measures and maintenance;

5.4 Issues arising from the use of any accessories, parts and components that are not compatible with the product;

5.5 Failure to comply with the instructions given by the FRAHMCOS TECH SIPPORT specialist for resolving the concern called.

GENERAL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTS

In connection with the service rendered by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT, certain software owned by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT or a third party licensors and suppliers maybe provided. The third party licensors as well and FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT reserve the right for the update and change of these software from time to time and you agree to cooperate in performing such steps necessary for successful updates and installation.

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT is entitled to accept license agreements on behalf of you as user for any software we will have to download or install on your behalf.

SOFTWARE OWNED BY THIRD PARTY LICENSOR

As part of the Services, FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT may suggest you to acquire and use certain third party software. Third party software is licensed to you by the respective licensors or provider. You must agree to the terms and conditions set forth by these third party providers before installation, whether or not you are directly assists by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT. We have no rights to this third party software and do not license Third Party software to you. FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT disclaims any representation of these Third Party software/products as well as the warranty.

Your use of FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT software license shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT. Upon termination of your service for any reasons and circumstances, you must remove all software of FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT from your computer.

To the extent of us providing technical assistance of third party software of equipment, you must comply with the terms and conditions under which you licensed your third party software or purchased your equipment. We don’t give warranty to any third party software or equipment that we support, it is your sole responsibility to determine if you may require additional rights for us to provide support for this third party software or equipment. You may also acknowledge your awareness that unauthorized support by a third party service provider may void any warranty made to you by the supplier of your third party software or equipment.

MANUFACTURER/ PROVIDER WARRANTY

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT is an independent service provider of phone and remote tech support.

Brand names, products, trademarks, as well service of any third party software and equipment is only referential. We disclaim any affiliation, endorsement and sponsorship of and by any of such third party.

LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS

You as user of service should commence any cause of action by you within six(6) months after the cause of action arose or it shall be barred and waived forever upon failure of compliance to this term.

TERM AND TERMINATION

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT may terminate or suspend your service immediately at its own discretion with or without notice if:

  • You breach did not comply with the terms and conditions which includes but not limited to all policies regarding misuse and abuse of acceptable use of service as well as any third party software.
  • FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT receives a court order to terminate or suspend your service for any reason thereof.
  • Your use of FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT service is prohibited by law, adversely impacts or can cause malfunction to the service given, FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT network disrupts if not hinder the enjoyment of other FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT users.
  • If you are no longer a customer, your subscription of the service expires and you refuse to renew our service.
  • FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT determines your abuse of our service. FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT receives all rights to refuse to accept your request to renew your service in this case.

SEVERABILITY

In any cases that part or any of this provision of the TERMS OF SERVICE be held unenforceable by law or invalid, that part of this provision shall be enforced to its maximum extent possible and acceptable. All other provisions shall remain enforceable to it full force. Should FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT fail to enforce or comply with any of the Terms and Condition, such action does not waive that provision or the right to enforce such.

AMENDMENTS

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT reserves the right to amend or modify the TERMS and Conditions at any time without notice, posting it to this website or sending updates regarding the amendment through email address you as user provide to FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT during the account registration.

You have sole responsibility to regularly check the website to update yourself for any possible amendments of the Terms and Conditions.  Your use of the FRAHMSCOS TECH SUPPORT services after any amendments of the Terms and Conditions shall automatically mean that you have accepted the amendments of the Terms and Conditions.

BY LAW

This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder and any disputes arising in connection with and out of this Agreement shall be governed in all respect by laws of UNITED STATES without regard to any conflict of law principles of any other jurisdiction that would require the application of the laws.

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORTS reserves full right to remove Content and any Account that FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT may see at its discretion as unlawful, threatening, offensive, libelous, defamatory, and objectionable at any cause. This amounts to violation of our terms of service.

Any form for verbal, physical, or written abuse which may include but not limited to threats of abuse or retribution of employee, FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT as company and its partners would result to immediate termination of account.

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT holds the right to terminate, suspend a particular account and refuse any current as well as future use of service for any incidents and actions that can jeopardize company’s safety so as its employees, such actions may include unauthorized access of servers and databases, data theft, abusive behavior, improper and abusive use of our services such as availing services for other devices that’s registered with FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT.

FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT holds the right to refuse services to a client without any prejudice.

FUTURE PURCHASES

For any future purchases made, and subsequent services incurred FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT, you agree that the Terms and Conditions herein automatically gets applied.

REMOTE ACCESS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Upon resolving your supported device’s issue, please be informed that the FRAHMCOS TECH SUPPORT technician will fix the issue through remote access and will back up your data using your data backup software should you have one. You acknowledge that on the process of troubleshooting, the technician may potentially see sensitive data or images of personal nature. You agree with this Terms and Conditions that you specifically grant access to your computer to the technician and will hold harmless so the FRAHMCOS TECH SPECIALIST may be able to perform necessary steps indicated in our knowledge base. You also hereby agree that the terms and conditions mentioned herein will automatically apply all future purchases or subsequent services you will incur from us in the future.
